Our bakery business in the heart of Aachen has its origins in the year 1912. From our bakehouse in Franzstraße, we provided the people with bread and pastries, however, even back then, with our delicious Aachen printen as well. In those days, just as today, each individual printe was handcrafted with loving care and then baked applying all of the skills of our trade. The recipe, which has been passed on from generation to generation, is a carefully kept secret! The Klein printe bakery is today run by the fourth generation of our family, who will accompany it through the decades to come with a wealth of innovative ideas from the world of “Printe and Co.” Producing top quality day-in day-out makes it imperative for our employees of many years to work as a team. The baking takes place at our headquarters at Franzstraße 91 in Aachen at the Marschiertor beside our city outlet.
